Day shift receptionist

Corvin Point Rooms and Apartments is looking for a new member for their team to fulfill daily routine tasks and support their guests on a daily basis. The ideal candidate for this position is:

• Interested in hotel and tourism industry
• Open minded who has a certain amount of curiosity about interesting people from all around the world
• Has high level Hungarian and English language skills both written and spoken
• Experienced user of MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Flexible, good problem solver, proactive, able to work in team and alone as well
• Can be a student with ongoing studies, professional Intern, or first position-er after graduation

It is a definitely an advantage in case the candidate has significant experience

• in setting up property details in major booking websites , and
• in using at least one major PMS system

The new team member major tasks are:

• Administering bookings, guests, and invoices
• Handle phone calls, email conversations (answering questions, making offers)
• Setting up campaigns and package offers
• Making check-ins, check-outs
• Help out guests
• Manage office, mails, bills
